Principal Guest Conductor Tabita Berglund leads you through England's many musical moods. Anna Clyne's Within Her Arms is a tender tribute to her late mother. Leif Ove Andsnes, a longtime champion of Britten's Piano Concerto, brings sparkle and bite to it. Elgar's Enigma Variations closes things out, with the beloved "Nimrod" at its heart and affectionate portraits of the composer's friends.

A 30-minute pre-concert talk starts one hour before the performance, with insight into the music. Seating for the talk is general admission in Orchestra Hall, so you can try a different seat than your ticket. The concert is part of the PVS Classical series.

If you can't make it in person, you can watch online on Sunday, November 1, at 3 p.m. ET through Live from Orchestra Hall, YouTube Live or Facebook Live.
