Kennedy Plaza: Fresh Truck Mobile Market
Eastern Market's Well Wayne Fresh Truck, a mobile grocery store, stops at Kennedy Plaza at 5111 Bingham in Dearborn on Tuesday, October 27, from 9 to 11 a.m. It brings nutrient-dense food right to the neighborhood.
Well Wayne Fresh Trucks run as mobile grocery stores serving all 43 municipalities in Wayne County. They operate under Eastern Market's Mobile Markets program, in partnership with and funded by the Wayne County Department of Health, Human and Veteran Services.
The goal is better access to nutrient-dense food, especially in communities with limited grocery store options. The schedule is subject to change, so check the Fresh Truck schedule to see where it's headed next.
