Caity Gyorgy (pronounced George) is one of Canada's best-known bebop and swing voices. She has played the major Canadian festivals, the Tucson Jazz Festival and Tokyo's Cotton Club, and has sung with the Orchestre national de jazz de Montréal and Finland's UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra. She has released five albums, three of them JUNO winners, and Hello! How Are You? took the 2025 JUNO for Best Jazz Album of the Year.

She also writes songs in the Great American Songbook style, and won the jazz grand prize at the 2021 John Lennon Songwriting Contest. She's big on social media too, inviting young jazz students to scat along with her.

There are two sets, at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. You can reserve a table ahead of time.
