Spanish Brunch

This two-hour hands-on cooking session highlighted authentic Spanish flavors: tortilla española, melon with ham, and churros with chocolate, all in a friendly, social setting. Participants worked in groups of four at shared stations, guided by Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen in Shed 5. The class kept everyone active and standing, while exploring wine pairings with cava, Rioja Blanco, and optional sweet sherry. Following standard food-safety measures, it offered a fun and interactive experience for all attendees.
