Date Night: Beautiful Bolognese – Pasta from Scratch

The class focused on slow-simmered Bolognese sauce paired with freshly made pasta, an Italian salad, and a sea salt olive oil chocolate bark for dessert. Students worked in groups of four sharing kitchen stations, staying active and on their feet throughout the two to two-and-a-half-hour session.

Comfortable closed-toe shoes and secured hair were recommended. Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen maintained strict sanitation standards, requiring multiple hand washes during the class. Participants were welcome to bring their favorite bottle of wine to enjoy during the session.
