Coats for Kids
Coats for Kids gave out free coats to Detroit kids on Wednesday, November 12, starting at 10 a.m. at Eastern Market Shed 5, while supplies lasted.
This event was powered by 97.9 WJLB alongside Detroit’s own Peezy, Sweet Pro, and Cricket Wireless, distributing free coats to children. Families were encouraged to bring their kids to receive coats, all on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies ran out. The event took place inside Shed 5 at Eastern Market.
