Bingo & Beats
Grosse Pointe War Memorial throws a music bingo night on Friday, November 13, at 7 p.m. at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms. Six themed rounds—Motown & Disco, Movies + TV, and more—with halftime and grand prizes; $15 admission includes a bingo card for each round.
This is Music Bingo with teeth. Across six rounds you’ll hear clips, name the tunes, and mark your card. First half: Name That Decade, Genre Jam: Motown & Disco, and One‑Hit Wonders. After Round 3, the points leader takes a halftime prize; ties go to a sudden‑death song challenge. Take a 15‑minute break, then dive into Movies + TV, Mystery Artist, and a Blackout Bingo finale.
How it works: when you complete the pattern, call “BINGO!” The host verifies, and the first valid bingo earns 1 point. Points reset after intermission; the final round winner takes the grand prize. Your $15 admission includes one bingo card for each of the six rounds—cards for Rounds 1–3 at check‑in, Rounds 4–6 after the break.
