The Moth GrandSLAM Championship
The Moth GrandSLAM crowned the Ann Arbor storytelling champ on Wednesday, April 24, at 8 p.m. at The Ark. Top open-mic winners shared 5-minute stories around the theme A POINT OF BEAUTY.
The Moth GrandSLAM is the ultimate storytelling competition, bringing back open-mic StorySLAM winners to compete for the championship. This edition’s theme was A POINT OF BEAUTY — stories about finding stunning or touching beauty amid noise and chaos, from awe-inspiring art to a humble daisy growing through a sidewalk crack. It’s storytelling that digs deep into moments that catch you off guard with their wonder and grace.
