The Bad Plus Farewell Tour

The Bad Plus has long been recognized as a truly original group, rejecting conventional norms. For over twenty years they have created their own rules with creativity and intent, delivering a distinctive sound and spirited performances. Their music defies simple genre classification and has earned critical acclaim and a global fanbase.

Founding members Reid Anderson (bass) and Dave King (drums) have initiated a new era for the band, performing without piano and bringing in Ben Monder (guitar) and Chris Speed (tenor saxophone). This lineup introduces renewed energy and excitement, enhancing inspiration and pushing the boundaries of their sound. The Bad Plus persistently explore genre blending and musical possibilities through exceptional, tight-knit collaboration.
