Paul Carey Organ Trio featuring Shawn McDonald

Paul Carey led an organ trio with Shawn McDonald singing and on the organ at Cliff Bell’s in Detroit in September 2017. Paul's son Max completed the group on drums, adding family synergy to the jazz and blues performance. Both Paul and Shawn have toured across the US, Canada, and Europe with notable musicians including Johnnie Bassett, Alberta Adams, Joe Weaver, and Larry McCray. The event welcomed everyone with free admission, creating a relaxed atmosphere centered on good music.
