Southeastern Music Academy at Cliff Bell’s
Detroit drum great Sean Dobbins jammed with young musicians on Sunday, March 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Cliff Bell’s. It was a cool chance to play alongside a pro drummer.
The Southeastern Music Academy aims to deliver comprehensive music education from beginner to advanced levels, tailored to local institutions’ needs. On March 4, Detroit drummer Sean Dobbins gave young players a chance to practice and jam professionally during a two-hour session at the atmospheric Cliff Bell’s venue. Admission was $10.
