Downtown disc golf at Eastern Market

"Downtown Disc Golf at Eastern Market" was an interactive disc golf event hosted in Detroit’s Eastern Market area, featuring a 9-hole urban putting course with inventive shots like throwing over a graffiti-covered wall, rolling through market sheds, and making complex shots involving a hose wall. The event was designed to showcase Downtown Detroit as a destination within the disc golf community and provided a fun, non-competitive environment suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Entry fee was $15, which included a premium event disc and a raffle ticket for a chance to win various prizes such as a Discraft basket, gift cards to Ledgestone Disc Golf, and VIP tickets to the PDGA Worlds. Local businesses participated by hosting shot locations, adding to the community atmosphere. Check-in took place at Full Measure Brewing where participants received maps and equipment to navigate the course through Eastern Market, finishing at Eastern Market Brewing.
