Richard Shindell Concert
Richard Shindell performs on Monday, May 5, at 8 p.m. at The Ark in Ann Arbor. If you’re into deep, storytelling songs, this show brings his latest album to life live on stage.
Richard Shindell draws on his experiences as an immigrant and emigrant to illuminate the human condition through narrative songs. His music paints vivid pictures with acoustic melodies that have touched audiences in New York and Buenos Aires.
His latest album, Careless, recorded over three years in both cities, explores a broader sonic palette including electric sounds you’ll hear come alive at The Ark. This intimate venue is perfect to experience the range and detail of his work. Tickets are $30.
