Rachael & Vilray Concert at The Ark in Ann Arbor
Brooklyn duo Rachael & Vilray played a set of their signature traditional pop with theatrical flair on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 8 p.m. at The Ark in Ann Arbor. Their third album, West of Broadway, blends jazz-inspired tunes with classic musical vibes.
Since forming in 2015, vocalist Rachael Price and guitarist/singer Vilray have crafted a timeless sound from Brooklyn, mixing vintage pop with sharp theatrical storytelling. Their third album, West of Broadway, recorded in Manhattan’s famed Sear Sound studio with notable jazz musicians, draws on classic musicals and features a quirky duet with Stephen Colbert. Their November 7, 2025, show at The Ark brought these offbeat city tales and rich instrumentation live to Ann Arbor. Ticket prices included processing fees when bought online or by phone, but could be purchased without fees in person at The Ark during box office hours.
