✨”Cheers, Queers!” Non-Alcoholic Meetup
“Cheers, Queers!” was a relaxed, welcoming get-together for Grand Rapids' trans and queer community on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Lotus Brew. A great spot to catch up with familiar faces or make new friends.
Hosted by the GR Trans Foundation, this event offered a chill vibe with plenty of non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, coffee, and pastries for purchase while attendance was free. Lotus Brew provided a welcoming environment with accessible features and two all-gender restrooms. The meetup was for those 18 and older, though the venue itself is all-ages. Support for accessing the venue was available if needed, making it an inclusive evening for the community.
