Evening Star is a space odyssey led by Detroit drummer and 2018 U of M SMTD graduate Tariq Gardner. The group grows out of Detroit's deep musical tradition and jazz legacy, then travels through the galaxies of African Diaspora music: jazz, neo-soul, Afro-Cuban, traditional American gospel and hip-hop.

There are two shows, at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. for dinner, and seating for Dinner & a Show begins at 6 p.m. Seating for the second show starts at 9 p.m. You can make a reservation ahead of time.
