“Stitch, please!”: Fiber Arts Group
The Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center’s fiber arts group met on Saturday, August 9, at 4 p.m. in Ferndale for knitting, crocheting, and sewing with other enthusiasts.
At the "Stitch, please!" group, fiber arts lovers gather to knit, crochet, and sew in a supportive space where they share skills and ideas. All skill levels are invited, though the group does not offer instruction for complete beginners. Meetings happen once a month on Saturdays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Affirmations Board Room in Ferndale. Attendance was free but required registration.
