Prom ReDeux
Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center held its annual queer adult prom on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 8 p.m. in Ferndale's Affirmations Lower Level Atrium. The night featured dancing, live performances, and photo ops in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Prom ReDeux is the prom you deserved as an adult queer community: better music, stylish outfits, and zero pressure to be anyone but yourself. In 2026, Affirmations hosted a full evening starting at 8 p.m. with DJ Dee Jay Tone spinning and Perry Dox hosting. Before that, the VIP pre-prom dinner took place at Pops for Italian, and the celebration continued late into the night at the after party at 215 with DJ We1sman and host Monica Devereaux. Tickets were $35, attracting a diverse crowd ready to just have fun and be iconic together.
