Gelli Print Class
Lynn Williams led a gelli print workshop on Wednesday, September 17, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ramsdell Theatre in Manistee. The monotype printing technique uses vibrant colors and textures, with all supplies provided.
Gelli printing is a monotype process using a gelatin-like plate to create unique prints. It's a spontaneous, somewhat messy method known for bright colors and interesting textures. No prior experience was needed, and all materials were included. Donations were collected during the session at the Ramsdell Theatre.
