One Ton Trolley
One Ton Trolley, a four-piece band from Clarkston, Michigan, played all day on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at The Lark Theater in Cheboygan. They delivered roots rock shaped by the Rustbelt spirit of Southeast Michigan.
One Ton Trolley's music draws deeply from Rustbelt roots and blends folk, rock, country, blues, and bluegrass. Bill Arnold, Chris Brown, Jon Johnson, and Anthony Zack channel hard work, perseverance, and dreams inspired by the region’s industrial past. Their "small footprint, big sound" approach fits both intimate and large venues. They released their EP, "No Simple Highways," in March 2022 and expected their full-length album, "Sunday Morning Cigarettes," in early 2023. At The Lark Theater, their show was ticketed at $22.
