An Evening with George Winston
George Winston was scheduled to perform at The Ark in Ann Arbor on Saturday, February 11, 2023, but the event was postponed due to health reasons, and ticket refunds were issued.
George Winston, a legendary solo acoustic pianist with over 15 million albums sold, took a break from touring in 2023 to recover from health issues related to a 2012 bone marrow transplant. Although the concert planned at The Ark in Ann Arbor was postponed, those who bought tickets were refunded. Winston's music is known for its soothing, introspective qualities that invite listeners on a quiet journey. Proceeds from merchandise sales at the event were designated for charity. Keep an eye out for when he returns to the stage.
