Ben Sharkey
Detroit-based vocalist Ben Sharkey played a show on Friday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m. at Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe in Grosse Pointe Farms. His mix of classic jazz and modern grooves created an engaging evening in an intimate setting.
Ben Sharkey blends the elegance of the American Songbook with swing, soul, Latin rhythms, Motown, and dance-forward jazz. His performance focused on storytelling and movement, balancing smooth ballads with high-energy arrangements. The intimate Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe was the perfect spot for this blend of classic charm and modern confidence on stage.
