Mosaic Mobile – Brilliant Detroit: Central
Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit held a free one-day mobile arts camp at Brilliant Detroit — Central in Detroit on Friday, July 1, starting at 2 p.m., aimed at inspiring youth creativity and community engagement.
Mosaic Mobile is a traveling micro-camp that encourages young people to be creative, curious, empathetic, and active in their communities. It removes economic and geographic barriers by bringing a one-day mini camp free of charge into local neighborhoods. This event was supported by the Knight Foundation and the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan.
The camp focuses not only on art but also on community-building and boosting young people's confidence. It's a great way to explore the arts and connect with a supportive group. Keep an eye out for similar events in the future if this sounds like your kind of day.
