Global Legends: Fables for All Ages
From July 7 to 19, 2025, the Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit toured with Global Legends, a 30-minute show featuring short plays inspired by folktales from Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. It was aimed at kids in kindergarten through fifth grade and their families.
The Mosaic Summer Ambassador Ensemble brought Global Legends to life using lively rhythms, theatrical movement, and creative storytelling. This collection of short plays presents ancient fables from around the world with a modern twist, offering a fun and educational look at diverse folk traditions and the shared human experiences behind them. The show runs about 30 minutes and fits well for younger audiences and family events.
