Downtown Bellaire's movie house since December 1948, when it opened with Clark Gable in Homecoming. Today it has two screens and is run by Northern Michigan Cinemas.

The Bellaire Theater opened in downtown Bellaire on December 18, 1948, with Clark Gable in Homecoming. A fire damaged it in 1988, and it reopened the same year. A second screen was added around 2003. Northern Michigan Cinemas runs it today, with adult tickets at $9.75 and matinees before 3:30 p.m. at $7.
