Cold As Hell is LGBT Detroit's winter weekend, bringing the leather and fetish community together with HIV awareness and stigma reduction. Black leather culture is at its center, along with education on consent and safety. The sixth edition was back in person on February 20–22, 2026, at HALO Bar & Lounge, LGBT Detroit's building and Olympus Hall/The Detroit Eagle.
