01 / The story of this place

Make time for these

More than 150 artists and crafters set up alongside food vendors, and the main music stage hosts about 20 bands. The 2026 lineup (September 25–27) paired touring indie acts Shannon Shaw of Shannon & The Clams, Illuminati Hotties and Ratboys with Detroit-area bands like Detroit Party Marching Band and the reunited garage band The Atomic Numbers. It runs the same weekend as the Funky Ferndale Art Fair on the west side of Woodward, and organizers expect more than 75,000 visitors.
