What’s it like to stay here?
The Roxbury Group turned this 12-story mid-century tower on Woodward Avenue into apartments in 2016 and is now converting it into the first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy property in North America. Plans call for about 92 fully furnished apartments with kitchens, separate bedrooms and living areas, and washers and dryers, plus a 24-hour gym. Detroit's Patrick Thompson Design is leading the mid-century-inspired interiors, and the ground-floor Hammer & Nail bar will come back as the hotel's bar and restaurant. It sits on the QLINE route in Midtown.

Getting there
